AANOOSH - 1996 40' PACIFIC SEACRAFT 40 Cutter
Mattapoisett Massachusetts United States
$179,500 USD

The 1996 40' PACIFIC SEACRAFT 40 Cutter Cruising Sailboat AANOOSH is a sail boat for sale located in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts, USA.

Pacific Seacraft 40's are sought after by knowledgeable sailors seeking a rugged, well made, and capable cruising boat.  They are built to comfortably go anywhere a competent skipper might wish to venture.  The PS 40 is a proven offshore cruiser but is equally suitable as a family coastal cruiser. The quality of her construction, like that of all Pacific Seacraft-built boats, is top-level, and the attention to detail exceptional.  The interior is roomy and attractive and offers reasonable privacy for two couples in two private staterooms.

AANOOSH was purchased by her current owner in 2004.  She had had previously had only one owner who had used her lightly. The current owner singlehandedly did a Great Loop trip on her between late 2004 and 2006, also venturing to the Bahamas.  She has been on the hard since, always covered during the winter, and generally during the summer.  AANOOSH is in excellent condition. She is loaded with gear, features a double roller-furling headsail cutter rig with all lines led aft, greatly simplifying short-handed sailing.

Owners tend to keep their Pacific Seacraft 40's, making them relatively difficult to find on the market.  Take advantage of this opportunity to buy a desirable, little-used serious cruising boat at a fraction of her replacement cost.

Please note: Interior photos were taken on 11/14/2019.  Exterior photos of boat in water were taken between 2004-2006.  Photos of boat's exterior, on land were taken in June, 2019.
