Client Account Manager

Primary responsibility is to maintain excellent client relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with emerging customers. Client Account Manager will be assigned a book of business and is expected to engage in routine contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and grow existing book of business through new product upgrades and adding new customers. Additional responsibilities include product training and marketing recommendations.
Regional Account Executive

The YATCO Regional Account Executive will serve as the liaison between our customers and our team by identifying and contacting current and prospective clients, generating sales proposals and servicing existing accounts. The Regional Account Executive will also be in charge of launching aggressive regional expansion efforts to increase the overall YATCO subscriber base. The position involves daily telephone campaigning, frequent in-office and telephone follow-ups, online demonstrations of the YATCO system, in-person visits, demos to prospective companies and travel to regional boat shows, seminars & events. The YATCO Regional Account Executive will also be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and training for existing, as well as new YATCO subscribers.
UX/UI Software Developer

The YATCO UI/UX Software Developer will work on complex ASP.NET MVC UI and some middle-tier C# development. Applicant will be joining an existing team of highly skilled and expert web application developers to design, develop and deploy the next generation of our software. You will be working with the latest development and design software as well as cutting-edge global cloud computing technology.
