REFIT 2019 / 2020
- The primary objective of this 18 months refit was to maintain and repaint the hull and superstructure. Shafts were removed and shaft beds rebuilt in order to obtain higher cruise speeds and meet the original Sparkman Stephens design. All technical units were overhauled and upgraded where necessary to meet class standards. One of the davits was replaced with a new crane and it superstructure foundation to enable high lift capability of 1.5 tonnes at 10.5m and up to 2.4 tonnes at 6.4m to enable seaplane operations or any other lifting requirement. All interiors were refreshed where necessary and the aft sky lounge deck was replaced with a new aft seating area and a larger bar.
