West Bay SonShip- Season
When the current owner bought this WestBay 68 a few years ago he was pleased that the prior owner maintained it with an open checkbook spending approximately 300k on improvements and upgrades. The Current owner has followed suit with major upgrades, improvements and maintenance on the boat. The boat went to the WestBay factory where the Vermukelens went through it and noted all recommended maintenance and upgrades. The available invoices show the extensive work that was done to the boat including reglassing the stern bollards so that the owner’s 10,000 lb RIB could be towed without issue. Towing videos through Desolation sound are available. Besides a 5-10 percent reduction In fuel economy you would not have even known that it was being towed. Normally at 10 kts nearly 1 mpg is possible.
This is a great boat with WestBay quality, fully updated including all new flybridge enclosure and panels by John Barrett enclosures (2020). She is ready for extensive cruising. You won’t be disappointed.
