The Master Stateroom is forward with a large centerline berth, with glass and brass carriage lights and two solid brass adjustable high intensity and dimmable wall mounted reading lights. There are shelves outboard each side with storage down below and drawers to STB and a hanging locker to Port. Excellent ventilation via 4 screened opening ports and a large overhead hatch with twin 12V manual exhaust fans. There is a 12V manual rotatable fan on each side in front of the aft ports. A 120V 475W ENVI heater is on the aft port bulkhead. The stateroom and den have reverse cycle air and heat. Main switches for bow thruster and windlass located on STB side of Master berth.
Head;Aft of the stateroom door to STB is the head with a 2008 electric flush Rarity toilet with separate handheld shower/tub combo. 120V outlet by sink and 12V outlet fan over tub. Access to AC/DCV busses are behind a water resistant panel over the tub.
2nd Stateroom/Den/Office;Across the passageway from the head is a multi-purpose space that was initially a bunk room. The upper bunk has been retained but with reservations. It is easily removed and normally kept off the boat. The two halves needed to establish the bunk are stored off the vessel. A full length shelf (Part of original upper bunk) extends along the outer sidewall. A lovely claw footed desk is located on the aft bulkhead between a large hanging locker with 2 drawers below and the hull side. Two screened ports provide light and ventilation. There is a small book case over the desk which has a custom made leather writing pad and a unique adjustable solid brass table lamp. A cane seated desk chair fits under the desk. There is an ample settee on the forward outer bulkhead which employs two of the three cushions required for the bunk mattress. There is storage below. The original locker inboard of the settee now houses the Marineaire 6K/7K reverse cycle AC. There is a useable drawer above the unit, as well as a magazine rack against the inside wall. The door nobs have been replaced with glass victorian style nobs just adding a little more charm to an already extraordinary vessel.
Helm and Galley;Moving aft and up three steps is the helm on STB and Galley to port. (One engine access behind the removable steps). Helm station with a fixed seat has a sliding door along side with a drawer and hinged storage space below seat. A full size refridgerator/freezer is just behind. The U-shaped galley has a double corner sink and nice counter space. The original 3 burner oven has been replaced with a double Princess Gas burner.
Main Salon; Her Main Salon has been nicely decorated and hosts an L-shaped dinette to port that can convert to a berth and chairs to starboard and a custom hinged table in-between. Aft of her dinette the owner has created a custom slide out liquor cabinet with bottle and glass storage. Parquet varnished floors throughout, large windows for excellent visibility and light. Her varnished Teak bulkheads just adds to the warmth and traditional feel of this vessel. An additional ENVI heater adds ready warmth when needed.
Her centerline door leads out on to the covered cockpit. Where the ladder to the flybridge used to impede on the space in the cockpit, the owner has designed a custom feature which allows the stairs to fold up out of the way when not in use, but easily comes down when needed (all stainless steel hinges and gas cylinders). With the Europa style she has covered side decks as well. The side decks and cockpit have beautiful natural teak (replaced in 2003)and the forward part of the deck is fiberglass. Transom door from the swim platform to the cockpit. The port side gate has been modified and the bulwarks lowered (only where the gate is) for ease in boarding. High bulwarks wrap completely around the vessel for greater safety when on deck.
Her flybridge is tremendous as her extended hardtop/deck reaches all the way aft over her transom. Here is her second helm station with a permanent custom piped powder coated bimini and the top is wrapped in canvas offering excellent shade for the flybridge. In addition, a 6' bimini has been added to extend the shade and has a 6' pull down side shade on her port side. To keep the cockpit dry, in inclement weather, the owner custom designed a hinged fiberglass cover for the stairway on top of the flybridge. Stainless steel rails with teak caps surround the whole flybridge for security and safety.
Well equipped and nicely laid out U-shaped galley. The galley is on the port side forward of the main salon and opposite the lower helm station. Large windows surround the galley for an abundance of light.
