Further information
The Island model from Antonini Navi is a motor yacht with distinct design attributes and an eye-catching, progressive styling. It’s an evolution of the shipyard’s Crossover model.
The main feature of this 44m superyacht is its upper deck sky suite. In fact, the boat’s entire design revolves around this unique aspect, with its design and dimensions forming the yacht’s entire aesthetic.
Comprising some 80 square metres, this sky suite can be arranged as an observation deck or dedicated to exclusive use as a private owner’s apartment, and it’s almost entirely walled in dark-tinted glass.
In total, there’s accommodation for 12 guests across the yacht’s six cabins. A VIP double is located forward on the main deck and the remaining four guest suites are on the lower deck. When the sky suite configuration is chosen, the master stateroom will be situated on the main deck – full beam and with folding balconies.
Another notable feature of Island’s design is the beach club arrangement. At the yacht’s stern, this spacious platform provides direct access to the water without any barriers, and the fold-down hull sides extend the usable space further still.
The yacht’s aft deck areas are dedicated to socialising, with a large space for sun loungers and exterior lounge furniture on the upper deck, and al fresco dining space on the main. Island has an advanced hull design that facilities clean and smooth movement through the waves.
The yacht has a 16-knot top speed and a range of 4,000nm at an economical 10-knot cruising speed.
