#1 Sportfish Yacht: JARUCO – JARRET BAY 90
The Ultimate in Speed, Performance, Engineering and Safety
One of the most advanced sportfish yachts ever built, the Jarret Bay 90 JARUCO features the ultimate in speed, performance, engineering, and safety. The cold-molded built sportfish yacht was first created with computer modeling to calculate stress loads, stringers, bulkheads (constructed mainly of carbon fiber, which is a first) and running gear so they could measure how the lightweight materials would affect everything from speed to drag, to fuel efficiency. Built to ABS classification, she can withstand 8-foot seas at 50 knots. For a motor yacht of 90 feet long, she has a wide beam of 22ft 6in and a shallow draft of just 5ft 8in.
First Time-Ever Lamination Matrix
The cold-molded yacht hull was done so with the builder’s tried and true methods of utilizing marine-grade lumber as the core, with e-glass and epoxy that are merged with carbon fiber and Kevlar layers. This resulted in a first time-ever lamination matrix that greatly improved the structural integrity of the yacht, while the carbon fiber infusion in almost every structural component inward and upward helped to eliminate about 40,000 points from a traditional build of similar size.
Outfitted to the Nines
Beyond the titanium propeller shafts, carbon fiber tower structures and the aerospacegrade flooring and countertops, JARUCO is outfitted to the nines. Simply put, the 90 is one of the most extensively equipped recreational fishing machines known to man. Custom fit around a laundry-list of top-end equipment, the opulent, yet tastefully refined finish work found throughout this flagship build is equally impressive. Outstanding woodwork and craftsmanship expertly pair exotic lumbers, carpets and leathers. Engineered veneers, drain-less shower floors and self-adjusting glass tint impress the most discerning of guests. All this technology and luxury meshes together in a grand symphony of achievement.
#2 Sportfish Yacht: MARY P – 122FT Trinity Yachts
