A unique feat for Damen Yachting: on August 20, the shipyard announced the double delivery of two vessels to one owner. The yachts, a Yacht Support 53 and Xplorer 60, were both constructed and launched from the Dutch company’s Antalya shipyard. Enrique Tintore, Product & Design Manager for the Xplorer and Yacht Support ranges, emphasized the “landmark moment” this dual delivery represents for Damen Yachting.
Said Tintore, “Being able to deliver the very first Xplorer 60 and the latest 53-metre Yacht Support is the result of a fantastic collaboration between the Damen Yachting Teams in Antalya and in Vlissingen, as well as the client’s team at TWW Yachts.”
TWW Yachts, who served as the owner’s representatives, is responsible for the sale and management of the yachts. CEO David Westwood commented, “As representatives of the Owner, our foremost responsibility was to ensure that their vision, expectations, and long-term interests were safeguarded throughout the project. From inception to delivery, we managed the process with a focus on mitigating risks, protecting the Owner’s investment, and guaranteeing that the yachts delivered precisely as promised. The result is an exceptional explorer yacht paired with a powerful support vessel, together creating a unique platform for discovery and adventure at sea.”
AFTER YOU, the debut Xplorer 60, was launched in March of this year. Designed for extreme adventure with all the comforts of a superyacht, the Xplorer 60 line will forge a new path for yacht owners seeking luxurious exploration. With exteriors by Azure Yacht Design and naval architecture by Damen Yachting, AFTER YOU commands attention with its militaristic design and striking hull featuring an orange boot stripe. Her plush interior is credited to H2 Yacht Design. Complete with helipad, this 197ft (60m) superyacht is capable of worldwide cruising from remote polar regions to yachting hotspots in the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

The Yacht Support 53 vessel, christened EMOTIONAL, will be chartered alongside AFTER YOU. The 175ft (53m) yacht will provide support to the mothership, cruising with secondary helicopter facilities, additional crew, and an assortment of water toys. The pair of yachts will deliver the ultimate unique and adventurous charter opportunity for guests.
