1. Find the Boat Show List
Once logged into YATCO BOSS, there are two main places to access the Boat Show List:
- Search → Boat Shows
- Insight Analytics → Worldwide MLS -> Boat Shows
Note: There is also a Boat Show section under Fleet Manager, but it only displays yachts from your fleet in that specific event.
2. Choose Your Output Format
From the Boat Show List, you can:
- Download Excel — Highlight the show list (it turns blue), then click Download Excel to generate a spreadsheet with full broker contact details.
- Print — This produces a PDF “Boat Show List” that includes yacht and broker contact details.
3. Create a Broker-Friendly PDF with Your Company Logo
For client sharing, you’ll want the PDF option with a few custom settings:
- Select the show list.
- Go to PDF options.
- Check the boxes to:
- Hide broker contact information.
- Add your company logo.
4. Click print PDF and save the file.
Be sure to select “Use Company Logo” unless you want the default YATCO logo and “YATCO ShowList” to appear.
