Eastern Boats is a family-owned boatbuilding company with more than 30 years of experience manufacturing high-quality, rugged, and fuel-efficient Downeast boats and family cruisers ranging from 18 to 35 feet in length.
The boat builder began operations in 1981 with an 18-feet Classic Downeast-style boat designed by Royal Lowell, who is known as the Dean of Downeast designers. In 1993, Bob Bourdeau acquired Eastern Boats, bringing 35 years of boating experience and continuing the company’s family-owned legacy with his son Jake and his daughter Ashlee. Eastern Boats are hand-built by a group of skilled boat manufacturers in Milton, New Hampshire. The company offers boat lovers and fishing enthusiasts with highly-comfortable Tournament, Explorer, and Center Consoles.
