“Hi, I’m Morgan with YATCO and I’m here aboard the 109′ (33m) 2023 Mangusta motor yacht MYSTERE for sale with Brendan Roney. Hi Brendan, how are you doing today?”
“Doing great! We’re excited to show off this boat a little bit.”
“Can you tell me a little bit about her and some of her unique features?”
Yacht Exteriors
“Absolutely. As you mentioned it’s a 2023, so almost new 109 feet, 33-meter model. This platform on the bow is one of the best features that we have on this Mangusta. They did an incredible job with their layout and space. We’ve got a lounge area, a Jacuzzi pool and a sitting area up here, where you can dine alfresco at anchor.”
“If you look over here, we’ve got these tables that turn into cocktail tables. They also can be placed together with a leaf that goes into a full dining experience up on the bow.”
“That’s really cool, that’s very enjoyable for while you’re at anchor. Now, what I want to check out are these sunpads and this jacuzzi right here. This is pretty cool, and I love the little rubber ducky!”
“Yeah, what’s nice is on a boat this size you usually do not find this area. Mangusta is the one that broke through and features a bow area that’s not just for utility. Just to anchor. You’re getting a place where you can have a full lounging area and a sunshade to be in the sun or out of the sun.”
“Yeah, that’s very cool and unique. That’s great for while you’re at anchor. I mean I can just imagine spending time here enjoying the beautiful surroundings with zero obstructions.”
“Absolutely. The beautiful water of the Bahamas and the Caribbean too.”
“This is perfect. They did a great job.”
Sky Lounge and Bridge
“If we walk up this way, we head up towards the sky lounge and the bridge. Storage here on either side for the crew so they have places to put things.”
“Wow, it is beautiful in here!”
“In this area, we’ve got another helm here besides the helm below. This is an all-weather helm that allows you to have super visibility while you’re underway. The yacht showcases all the latest electronics. This has joystick control, it’s got quad IPS drives. They’re under warranty through 2028.”
“Oh, that’s an amazing benefit, wow.”
“They’ve got a carpet throughout here and under the carpet there’s teak. There’s a lounge hangout area, where they usually use it for cards and entertainment. You’ve got a popup TV, a wet bar area and then you have your beautiful seating after the flybridge.”
“Wow, this is great, I love it! I can just imagine playing cards here at night and then spending a bunch of time here during the day as well.”
“Absolutely. This also gives you an elevated area. There’s so many sitting areas on the boat that you can all be together or you can all get away from each other.”
“The yacht features Starlink, so people can be on their mobile devices if they want to and be connected or disconnected so that’s one of the great things about this boat.”
“That’s great. Starlink is amazing to have onboard nowadays.”
“If you want to head down to the aft.”
“Yeah, let’s check it out.”
Aft Deck
“Wow this is a great space as well, very spacious.”
“Yeah, you’ll notice on this boat what they did is they had their own yacht interior designers come up with all the fabrics and as we go through the yacht interior, you can see they spent over a million dollars in upgrades on the yacht interior, the furnishings and some of the colors.”
“Okay, that’s great. That’s really cool.”
“So, at this aft deck there’s also a driving station here. A bar area here, with a sink. You’ve got a refrigerator and an ice maker. As a play and fun time when you’re on the water, you’ve got a garage here that also has a yacht tender. It’s got a WaveRunner, an extended swim platform for full access and full on the water experience while you’re sitting up here and watching your guest have a great day on the water.”
“Wow, that’s awesome, yeah let’s check it out.”
“Oh wow, this is cool. I mean this is this space is just incredible for while you’re at anchor just hanging out right by the water’s edge.”
“Isn’t it with all the toys out?”
“Yeah, this is awesome.”
“The yacht has a serious swim ladder here. Not just one that you would see on any boat but a really strong swim ladder. There’s a shower here and speakers.”
“So, this gives you shade and when this is out, you have a full Beach Club back here.”
“There’s an extra tank here for the fuel for the yacht tender. So, it can get longer range and you could be out longer at anchor, nice.”
“I love this space. All right can we check out the yacht interior?”
Yacht Interiors
“Absolutely.”
“Fantastic. This is beautiful. I can tell that they’ve spent a lot of time paying attention to the details in this space.”
“Yes, they did an incredible job with the yacht interior. This is actually an original Warhol painting. It does not come with the boat, but it is pretty nice.”
“These doors on both sides open so you have a fully open area on both sides of the boat that allows the fresh air to come in and your views become incredible when you’re hanging out here at night to have that alfresco dining experience.”
“That’s a very unique feature. I mean that is on water living at its finest.”
“The service is really nice onboard the yacht because you’ve got yacht crew access, crew entry on both walkarounds. You’ve got a guest area over here and then a pass through to the galley that allows for easy service.”
Cabins
“I’m going to close it behind you, and we’ll head through to the master suite.”
“We’ve got an on-deck master, which in this size boat you’ll see that it’s a full beam.”
“That’s a beautiful day head.”
“And then the ceilings – super tall ceilings.”
“What a gorgeous master.”
“It’s beautiful. All the big windows bringing in bright light.”
“What’s the beam of this vessel?”
“24.5 feet.”
“You can really feel the space here.”
“This gives you enough headroom here. This is where all the seating is on the bow, and it allows you to have a lot more headroom.”
“You have his and hers bathrooms, his and hers closet, this is kind of a fun feature that you open this up it’s all your stuff is hidden so it’s a mirror but it’s also a closet.”
“That is a great feature. I never would have guessed that was a closet.”
“Yeah and if you want to check out the bathrooms here, they connect all the details you’ll see throughout the bullnose – a lot of the extra details and things that they put into this boat are where the upgrades came.”
“I love this little vanity, beautiful. I mean this master is such an oasis.”
“This is the other closet side here. This goes through to the galley and then we’ll head downstairs to the guest area.”
“Down here, MYSTERE has four staterooms. The yacht has the ability to sleep 12 people on board. Here these are mirror images of itself so when you look into these forward cabins, they have the bunk option with the Pullman and the split bed. Here is where you can actually convert them and put them together. Then after we’ve got two VIP cabins.”
“These are very spacious. Tons of room, lots of space.”
“So, you see the setup in here? How they have the two different cabins?”
“This allows for a lot of versatility with whom you can bring on board. So, you can have couples, families, lots of options.”
“One of the amazing things about this boat is it kind of fills every need. So, you can fit a lot of people on board. You’ve got your own privacy as a master. If you have grandkids or things like that. It’s got shallow draft; it can accomplish a fast speed up to 24 knots. The yacht cruises at 21 knots, so will take you anywhere you want to go. Super versatile. Mangusta did a great job.”
