Step-by-Step: How to Generate a Brochure in BOSS
- Open the Listing: Head to the vessel listing you’d like to create a brochure for.
- Click on “PDF Brochure”: You’ll find this option directly within the listing window.
Choose Your Layout
If you haven’t set your layout by default, do it now via: Settings → My Preferences → Brochure Preferences. Or select the layout at the bottom of the PDF Configurator.
Assign the Salesperson
In Step 2, choose from:
- A specific broker name
- “Company Only” (no personal contact)
- “Office” (includes your office details)
- “None / Broker Friendly” (vessel info only, no contact)
Adjust Additional Layout Preferences
- Customize further if needed—these can also be saved as defaults for future use.
- Click PRINT
- Hit print to generate your brochure. Don’t forget to check the “Save Preferences” box if you want to keep your settings.
Download Your Brochure
Once generation is complete, select the line item (turns blue) and click DOWNLOAD. Once the generation process is DONE, mark the line item so it turns blue and click on DOWNLOAD.
