Gabby has been with YATCO for over eight years, playing a key role across almost every department—except coding! Now based in her native Bulgaria, she primarily supports both new and existing clients by matching them with the right services and helping them maximize the value of YATCO’s platform.
What Gabby enjoys most is solving problems and seeing clients satisfied. “I love helping people—whether it’s onboarding new clients or resolving issues quickly and effectively,” she shares. “Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships, and that personal connection is one of the best parts of my job.”
She believes what sets YATCO apart is its genuine care for the industry and the people in it. “We always aim to improve yachting, even when it’s tough on us as a business. We treat clients like people, not numbers.”
Outside of work, Gabby finds peace in nature. She loves hiking, gardening, and enjoying music festivals—ideally while living on a farm surrounded by animals!
One of her proudest moments? Being hired on the spot at the Monaco Yacht Show by CEO Steve Myers. “After just a quick conversation, he knew I was the right fit. Years later, he visited me in Bulgaria—moments like that remind me why I love this company.”
