People gathering around the first vessel in Azimut Grande 30m Series. Azimut has launched the first vessel in the Grande 30m Series, marking the first collaboration between Alberto Mancini & m2atelier.

Azimut launched the first unit of the Grande 30M from their Viareggio shipyard during the first week of August. The launch of the new addition to the Grande Series was celebrated by the skilled craftsmen and professionals whose dedication and expertise brought the yacht to life. The Grande 30M represents a milestone for the Azimut brand and its designers, as it is the first vessel to combine the creative visions of exterior designer Alberto Mancini and interior designer m2atelier.

The debut Grande 30M model showcases m2atelier’s “Barefoot Luxury” concept for Azimut. This design aesthetic, which embodies a relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle, is attuned to the new generation of yacht owners who desire authenticity, comfort, and a deeper connection with the sea. Mancini’s sleek exterior lines complement the warm and inviting interiors to create an onboard environment that balances refined elegance with relaxed modernity.

Technological innovation remains at the core of the Grande 30M range. As the first yacht to feature the latest MTU propulsion system from Rolls-Royce (which pairs MTU engines with POD solutions), this advanced configuration offers a 15% boost in efficiency over traditional shaft line systems. The result is a significant reduction in both fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. Such advancements reflect Azimut’s commitment to sustainability without compromising performance or luxury.

The international yachting community will soon gain a first-hand experience of a model that blends design excellence, technological progress, and a fresh vision of life at sea. While the concept was unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2023, the first Grande 30M vessel will officially make her world debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival.
