“Well good morning good afternoon good evening wherever you are on this beautiful world I am still an Antigua and I am on HBC 85m (281′) Abeking and Rasmussen I’m actually in one of the first Beach Clubs ever built on a vessel I’m here together with Nicholas Fry the charter manager on Hill Robinson and with Captain Bobby who’s going to tell us all about the crew and the experiences.”

“Nicholas thank you again for doing this we spoke last in Monaco and now on another of your amazing vessels. Can you tell me a little bit about the boat?”
“In fact if we look back in Monaco we were on board AMARYLLIS.”
“AMARYLLIS was the sistership of that boat when she was built and then this boat was extended and now is 85.5m (281′) long and they created this beach club when they did the extension of the boat so now she looks much different than AMARYLLIS and she is really stunning.”

“How many guests can she hold?”
“She can hold 12 guests but we have 11 cabins in the boat and at the beginning there were even 16 cabins so she is really built with a great interior volume and can receive 12 guests because that’s the maximum a yacht can do but we also take some supernumeraries for extra staff that can join also the charter party.”

“We have 28 crew they’re from all over the world; quite diverse range of talents, just so we can reach out to as many sort of clients and offer everything from yoga to the spa to water sports instructing everything we can cover everything.”

“So you’re a very versatile vessel, you would say right?
“Yes, very versatile, they’re a good fun vibe on board, we’ve got quite a young crew and you know we’ve had successful summer and we’re hoping for a successful Caribbean season.”
Exclusive Charters: Do Guests Keep Coming Back?
“One of the questions I always like to ask is how many returning charter guests do you have?”
“Well at the moment the boat has just come back out onto the market so it’s like a relaunch if you like, so at the moment we’ve had some really good feedback from the summer; there’s a party that are quite interested for next summer. We’ll see, we hope we can lock them in.”
Where to Next? The Seasonal Route of This Abeking & Rasmussen Yacht
“So you’re going to stay in the Caribbean for summer and then go back to the to the Mediterranean?”
“So yeah we’re in the Caribbean now for the winter here and then we’ll go back across to the Mediterranean and hopefully do a full great season out there.”

“So tell us a bit about the exceptional features of the boat. Obviously we got this beach club, what other exceptional features do we have?”
“Like you said, the beach club is of course one of our big USPs and then we’ve got the the glass bottom swimming pool right above us here. You have a really good connection being down here on the water of the boat just gives you that feeling. For water sports, we’ve got multitude of decks where we can do external dining so we can can have people on the sun deck with the pizza ovens and the barbecues or we can have something a bit more formal down on one of the upper decks and then we have cozy little areas as well so we can create any kind of space for dining.”
“We also have a spa and a gym and two big tenders and lots of water toys. I mean there is a lot to offer on this boat.”
