Established in Australia in 1988, Oceanfast Yachts is a top yacht builder of some of the more notable launches in the world. Some include the 177’ (54m) FORTUNATE SUN, the 150’ (45.66m) PERFECT PERSUASION, as well as the 227’ (69.49m) NOMAD, which have been designed by some of the top designers and naval architects in the world including Tim Heywood and Donald Starkey. The company was acquired by Austal, Ltd, a publicly traded company on the Australian Stock Exchange, in 1999. Oceanfast is known for the design and construction of over 255 commercial vessels for operators worldwide.
