Founded in 1999, Magic Yachts set out with one goal: to be a top brand in the shipbuilding sector. Started by the Wally Grop, the company builds sailing and motor yachts with high performance capabilities, a superior degree of finishes, and highly innovative solutions. In 2007, the company joined the ranks of Camuzi Nautica, Cantieri Navali Baglietto, and Cantieri di Pisa, which allowed them to take a crucial step in expertly building vessels. In 2010, the yard began refitting military watercraft and became the main point of reference for the Middle East and North Africa. In 2012, Magic Yachts was bought by the CEO of the company, Francesco Campana. The shipyard is located in the free zone of Bizerte, Tunisia, and consists of 30,000 square meters, 13,000 of which is a covered area. They also boast a 260-ton travelift, a 250-ton mobile boat trolley, as well as 2 ovens for advanced composites.
