The ninth yacht hull in the Italian shipyard’s explorer yacht series, she hit the water two months ahead of schedule and is due to be delivered to her owners in July 2022. At 47m, the Sanlorenzo 500EXP motor yacht will provide accommodation for up to 10 guests and nine crew. Key explorer features include an extended aft for helicopter landings, a generous indoor garage for a tender up to 7m and a possibility for a seaplane or submarine on board. Powered by two CAT C 32 engines, she has a significant range of 4,000 nautical miles that offers her guests full transatlantic cruising capabilities. The 500EXP is an evolution of the shipyard’s successful 460EXP explorer yacht series.
