Welcoming Three New Stunning Yachts Into the Merle Wood Vessel Fleet

2005 Yacht HAPPY, Built by Hargrave Yachts, and Located in Miami, Florida

The first central agency, HAPPY, is a 97ft Hargrave yacht for sale out of Miami with yacht broker Nicholas Cardoza. The yacht features exterior design by JB Hargrave Yacht Design, with an interior by Yacht Interiors by Shelley. Delivered in 2005, HAPPY is one of three Hargrave 97 RHP models, with a 2-master suite layout, a VIP, and a triple stateroom; she sleeps up to 4 crew. Delivered in 2005, she is powered by two CAT C30 engines, with 1,550hp each and is able to reach a maximum speed of 24 knots. The yacht is in turnkey condition, and features a GRP hull and superstructure.

The second CA that the well-known brokerage house has signed is OCEAN DRIVE, a classic 122ft yacht by Broward Yachts. Also located in Miami and for sale with yacht broker Nicholas Cardoza, the tri-deck aluminum motor yacht was built in 1988, with a refit in 2019 and new interior décor in 2020. Her expansive outdoor decks offer multiple areas for entertaining and relaxing, and include a spacious bow lounge, while her aft deck features a large table for up to 8 guests, and a 300-bottle wine cooler. Her roomy flybridge can be enjoyed day or night, and features a Bimini top with a removable Eisenglass enclosure. OCEAN DRIVE can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 well-appointed staterooms, with a master suite that boasts a king berth and a large marble bath. Located aft, two additional queen staterooms and one twin each feature private en suites as well as their own entertainment centers. Powered by twin CAT engines, she also features dual Norther Lights generators and Naiad stabilizers. The vessel features a shallow draft of just 5’8”, so she is able to enter shallower waters.

The third CA signed is the 2009, 145ft yacht IL’ BARBETTA, of the popular Benetti Vision series. For sale with Merle Wood and John Cohen, she features timeless design and décor by Bannenberg & Rowell in collaboration with Benetti. As one of the classic, state-of-the-art vessels from the series, she features accommodations for up to 12 guests in 5 luxurious staterooms. She boasts a main deck master that has 180-degree views, 2 queen VIPs, 2 twins and a gym. After just having completed a major, multi-million dollar refit, IL BARBETTA features new exterior paint, teak decks, mechanical systems, and more. Turnkey in every respect, she is also the only yacht offered for sale in her class that is equipped with a 3-person elevator. She is powered by CAT 3508B engines that provide her with trans-Atlantic range, and also features at-anchor stabilization. She is ABS and MCA compliant, and has a gross tonnage of 456.
