Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Jess has been with YATCO for about eight months and is now based in Barcelona, Spain, bringing a global perspective to her role.
Driving Client Success at YATCO
As Head of Client Services, Jess leads a dedicated team that works closely with clients to ensure they get the most out of YATCO’s platforms. From onboarding and training to strategy, insights, and day-to-day support, she and her team are committed to building true partnerships and driving long-term growth.
Jess shares, “the most rewarding part of my job is helping companies grow while fostering strong relationships.” What sets YATCO apart, she explains, “is the combination of powerful technology with personal support, ensuring every client receives solutions tailored to their business needs.”
Outside of work, Jess is a passionate foodie and wine enthusiast. She loves discovering hidden restaurants and exploring vineyards across Spain and Italy, from quick day trips to Penedes in Spain, to long weekends immersed in regional wine traditions.
A True Partner to Clients
One of her proudest accomplishments at YATCO has been leading the restructuring of the Client Services department. Building new processes and a strong team to enhance client experiences has been both rewarding and impactful.
