2020 marked the 43rd edition of the Cannes Yachting Festival, the largest in-water boat show in Europe. The show attracts thousands of visitors looking to experience the fascinating Cote d’Azur while viewing a great selection of superyachts and yachting accessories.

About the Cannes Yachting Festival:

The Cannes Yachting Festival is considered one of the biggest yacht shows in Europe, where the world’s top shipyards premiere their latest yachts and toy models. Held in the heart of the French Riviera, the show will welcome more than 400 yachts on the two largest ports of Cannes – Port de Cannes (also known as the Old Port) and Port Pierre Canto. A 20 to 30-minute walk through the Promenade de la Croisette connects the two ports. On this walk, you will find numerous lunch and dinner opportunities at the Croisette and on the beach. There is also a free water shuttle that takes guests from one port to another, giving them the chance to enjoy the view of the beautiful Cannes.

Port Pierre Canto is dedicated to the brokerage yachts whose representatives have chosen to display during the show, along with all-new sailing yachts, monohulls, and multihulls. The Old Port features four of the major yacht builders in EuropeFerretti Group, Azimut Benetti Group, Princess and Sunseeker. Many yacht builders choose the Cannes Yachting Festival as the official world premiere of their new yacht models – in 2016, 191 new models were introduced to the public during the festival.

At the main entrance of the show, inside the Palais des Festivals, visitors will find a Luxury Gallery, which features an exceptional selection of brands dedicated to luxurious houses, cars, leather goods, interior design, watchmaking, spirits, and more. In this area, visitors learn about the latest trends and innovations in the luxury lifestyle space.

From small tender boats of 5 meters to spectacular beauties above 50 meters, from speed boats to glorious sailing vessels, and a long list of exhibitors of machinery, electronics, yachting accessories, and services, the Cannes Yachting Festival is a must-visit yacht show for everyone in love with yachting.
