Cantiere delle Marche, (CdM) the Italian shipyard, has announced the launch of the RJ 115(ft), PAZIENZA. The Australian owner was introduced to CdM by Sean Madgwick and Scott Wellington-Stones of Yachtsmen International.
Vasco Buonpensiere, Co-founder and CEO of CdM comments on the launch, “We are very pleased with the results that this range is delivering to us. It is a demonstration that style and elegance can be perfectly combined with the robust character typical of our explorer yachts. Regardless of the specific model or size, our explorer yachts are the right ticket to an unparalleled Australian coastal expedition and high seas journeys. PAZIENZA is the third explorer yachts of the RJ series to be launched, following the RJ 130 NURI and the RJ 115 STELLAMAR which recently debuted at the Cannes and Monaco Yacht Shows. [Another] RJ 155, is currently under construction at our facility in Ancona. The former Owner of NURI, who greatly enjoyed his RJ 130, acquired this larger version. This is a statement of trust in CdM and a source of pride for all of us.”
The RJ series of explorer yachts features exterior yacht designs by Francesco Paszkowski with signature design styles in the slender bow and elegant profile for an explorer yacht. The owner worked closely with the design team and their owner representatives to make sure their own styles and designs were incorporated.

Paul Miletta, who together with Domenico Giuffrè run CdM Australiia states, “PAZIENZA is a showstopper in the true sense of the word. The Owner wanted to create ‘WOW’ factor, and certainly did it. It has been a privilege to work alongside the Owners, CdM’s team and Yachtsmen International to design and build the RJ 115 PAZIENZA. She is an attractive combination of vitality and glamour, yet while securing the true DNA of an explorer. We look forward showcasing PAZIENZA on Australian shores. CdM is redefining the concept of superyachts in Australia, with many owners now understanding why a steel hull is required to safely and comfortably explore the South Pacific.”
PAZIENZA has a worldwide cruising range of 5,500 nautical miles with the highest level of safety measures to cruise into the most remote corners of the globe.
With naval architecture by Hydro Tec, “combined with CAT C18 engines, translates into modest fuel consumption, reflecting CdM’s eco-conscious approach to yachting,” the team concludes.
