Company History
Founded in 1979 by Jerry Husted, Nordic Tugs, despite its name, are all trawler and pleasure boats built in America. Yacht designer Lynn Senour penned the first 26 prototype with influence from tugs of the 1930s, and the boat made a splash at the 1980 Seattle International Boat Show, where 37 tugs were sold.
