The second hull of Bilgin Yachts’ flagship, 263 Series (80m) LEONA is now the newest largest private superyacht to be built in Turkey and follows in the footsteps of her sistership, TATIANA.
Plenty of customizations were done according to the owner’s specifications, with the final yacht design embodying a comfortable yet luxurious feel. While similarities to TATIANA abound, LEONA features a reduction in the number of cabins, giving way for larger staterooms, including a third cabin on the lower deck which has been converted into the owner’s dressing room.
With an abundance of open spaces to allow for socializing and relaxation, LEONA also features a “100% clean air exhaust system that adheres to the rigorous standards of IMO Tier III.”
The yacht has a top speed of 19 knots, while maintaining zero dynamic trim, and a cruising speed of 12 knots. The striking colors of reds and golds are complemented by natural fabrics throughout.
Berkay Yilmaz, Commercial Director at Bilgin shares, “The 80-meter Bilgin 263-2 superyacht LEONA, was described a masterpiece, the best yacht ever built in Turkey with so many globally well-known super yacht professionals, different consultant companies and partners. LEONA’s design language is all about connecting her [five] decks – both the naval and tech elements with the living space – into one whole. LEONA best features include a large owner’s deck located on top of the yacht as well as a beach club area which includes an indoor pool, [three] shell doors, bathroom, [and] wellness room on her lower deck aft. In addition to this, there is a large cinema, futuristic gym which includes massage table, sauna and bathroom in it.
