Established in 1915 under the name Campanella, Mondomarine Yachts used to operate as a maintenance and repair facility for commercial ships. Under new ownership in the 70s, the shipyard started to build superyachts as Mondomarine.
Currently owned by the conglomerate Palumbo Superyachts (as of 2018), the luxury yacht builder constructs yachts of steel and aluminum ranging in size from 131 feet (40m) to 246 feet (75m).
