Beginning in 1966 with one mold of a 17-foot fishing boat hull, Dusky Marine has grown to be an American favorite among boaters and fishermen alike. Each one of its boats is built with hand-laid fiberglass – more than any other boat in its class.
Each design is created and engineered specifically for top handling in demanding waters, and each hull is individually crafted by hand to “exacting specification”. Celebrating 50 years of family ownership, the shipyard invented what they called DUSKY DRIVE, (an outboard motor that revolutionized engine performance and gave new meaning to an open cockpit) which comes standard in each one of their vessels. The 68,000 square foot, three building facility on the water in Dania Beach, Florida is a state-of-the-art complex where each Dusky is crafted and launched to perfection.
