Please tell us about yourself, your company, and some recent projects that you are working on.
I can describe myself as a nature addict adventurer and creator, who is on a mission to fulfill the vision. I studied and worked in different design fields and by blending these experiences, I founded the award-winning design company Bozca Limitless. Established in 2013, the studio is focussed towards creating new trends in architecture, yacht, aviation and automotive design.
“The vision is to create solutions through design by considering human factors, technology and aesthetics. Our philosophy is determined on not only creating for tomorrow, but also for the day after.“
We are currently working on various projects that support our philosophy: 5 yachts including our newly launched 140m semi-submersible conversion, 4 innovative hotels and several residential projects…
What are some yacht design trends you are seeing this year?
Technology will influence design to maximize the best experience of yacht life more than ever. With this, I believe that there will be a revolution in layouts with multifunctional areas, the use of glass will increase, different exterior colors will take place, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly materials will be used more…
As we all realize, sustainability is one of our main goals at the moment and there is no doubt that studies and investments in this field will increase. In addition to these, I think explorer yachts will also become a trend.
What do you foresee as the future in yacht design?
- Custom yachts will become more popular with easier and faster building processes like 3D printing.
- The industry will be more concerned about reducing its footprint.
- Alternative fuels, innovative technologies and materials will be used.
- Green initiatives designed to clean our oceans, reduce fuel consumption and help protect our planet will increase.
- In addition, the combination of different vehicles such as a mixture of yachts and submarines will be one of the elements that will shape the design language of the future…
“These changes will create more competition among designers than ever before, so designers will have to push their limits in order to make a difference.“
Tell us about your most interesting project to date.
I am selective about our projects, therefore, all the projects we have worked on so far are more interesting than the other, so it is almost impossible for me to choose one.
