Created by naval architect Bill Dixon, with yacht interiors by Kelly Hoppen CBE, in an effort to offer luxury yachts with ample volume without compromising on design with an industry-leading five-year warranty.
Iain Smallridge, Managing Director of Pearl Yachts shares, “FLIBS represents a pinnacle moment in the world of yachting, and we are proud to present our entire fleet at this esteemed show. With the addition of our VR lounge, we invite attendees to experience the future of luxury yachting with the Pearl 82, setting a new standard in innovation and design. Last but not least, we are delighted to celebrate our 25 years of excellence with our American clients and dealers”.
Pearl 62
The Pearl 62 is the brand’s family yacht – “easy to use, fun to own with space and amenities for all. Starting aft, the yacht can be fitted with an optional up/down bathing platform that also glides outwards to become a terrace on the sea. The transom has a built-in bench that can be used as seating or as a passageway if a tender is stowed on the platform and it lifts to reveal a jet ski garage that can alternatively be fitted as a crew cabin. The bathing platform has runners so that launching a jet ski from the garage is a breeze.”
Uniquely for a luxury yacht of this size, there are four spacious guest cabins, including a full beam owner’s cabin accessed by a private stairway. Long windows allow the owners to enjoy their undisturbed views, even from the privacy of their own room. The remaining cabins are found below deck with a VIP and two convertible twin cabins.
Pearl 72
The Pearl 72 is the builder’s flybridge yacht that features two master cabins, instead of the usual one. In addition, the 72-footer has four large en-suite cabins, crew accommodations, plus a garage for large tender and jet ski.
Exterior Designer Bill Dixon shares, “Every element of the 72’s design follows from the core identity that she is a Pearl. But with this new yacht, we have evolved to a higher level. The hull glass has been expanded for a more modern look, combined with the sporty stance which she inherited from the recent Pearl 62 – a marker of the new generation. The lines are as elegant as ever, now a bit sleeker and more streamlined, and the use of spheric glass gives her curves in all the right places. As for the layout, we were as shrewd as ever to use the available space to our maximum advantage. The flybridge is full length to accommodate unexpected amenities and leave plenty of space for the owner’s choice of layout.”
Pearl 95
Launched in 2018, the 95-footer is the flagship yacht of the shipyard.
The launch of the Pearl 95 was a symbolic one as it “coincided with Pearl Yachts’ 20th anniversary year and the new yacht has become a symbol of the company’s sterling reputation as Britain’s fastest growing motor yacht manufacturers.”
The semi-raised pilothouse merges effortlessly with a “glazed deep V hull in an aerodynamic and sporty silhouette.” With modern edges, the 95 maximizes its connection to the water around you thanks to a long overhang of the steep bow. A palatial owner’s cabin can be found on the saloon deck forward, with large, oversized windows offering panoramic views over the bow. The remaining staterooms are located below deck, with the owner’s having a choice to opt for a four or five cabin layout, while crew will sleep comfortably in four cabins, in addition to the captain’s cabin on the bow.
According to the team, “The Pearl 95 is offered with three alternative interior themes; Studio, Taupe and Luxury,” allowing owners to customize their interiors and their experience onboard.
Pearl Yachts will also announce their latest model, the highly anticipated Pearl 82 with a cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) experience.
