The newly rebuilt 105.3m (330ft) Oceanco superyacht H3 has made a grand entrance into the market, listed with Will Bagshaw of Edmiston for €295,000,000. She offers a rare opportunity to own a yacht with a new build shipyard warranty, without the typical lead time.
H3’s high-profile history starts in 2000, when she was delivered by Oceanco with a design by The A Group. Over the years, she has undergone several name changes, including Al Mirqab, Indian Empress, and Neom.
Her extensive rebuild, which started in 2019, included a significant hull extension of 10m (32ft) – eight meters (25ft) added to the aft deck and two meters (6.5ft) on the bow – bringing her to her current impressive length of 105.3m. Lateral Naval Architects and Oceanco collaborated on her naval architecture.

- A dedicated owner’s deck
- An upper VIP suite, with a private lounge and deck.
- Five double staterooms and three twin staterooms
- Wellness area, complete with beauty salon, massage room and hammam
H3 also features a touch-and-go helipad on the foredeck, and three tenders, including a 10.1m Compass Open Sport tender, an 11.1m Compass limo yacht tender and two 6.2m Yachtwerft Meyer rescue tenders.
IMO Tier III standards
H3 has been modernized to fully comply with IMO Tier III standards, reflecting the yachting industry’s growing awareness of its environmental impact.
This project by Oceanco demonstrates the option for owners to rebuild their current superyachts to meet contemporary standards, and that it can be just as effective as building a new sustainable yacht.
H3 is listed for sale for €295,000,000 with Edmiston.
