Lead Designer, Silvia Margutti of Luca Dini Design and Architecture shared during her presentation what sets Project Venus apart, “This time, the primary goal was to take a slightly different approach, not playing it safe, even though it is a made-to-specification boat. It is an act of mutual trust to venture in this direction, and we felt honored to share this experience with Heesen. The yacht Venus has a strong, daring identity that can be pushed to audacity while remaining deeply friendly and pleasant. It thrives on contrasts and provides a unique harmony.”

The team shared some of the main design aspects of some of the key areas onboard Project Venus. The main deck salon is a well-proportioned space offering ocean views through large lateral windows to allow plenty of natural light to pour in and further connect to the sea around you. Silvia shares, “Here we can appreciate all the details, like the use of metal shapes and three woods of the highest quality – rosewood, eucalyptus and almond toned durmast – providing an Art Deco feel.”

The spacious and bright owner’s suite has its own lounge area and private balcony located on the starboard side. Marble, metal glass, and mirrors work in perfect harmony with the wood throughout the private ensuite.
