Merle Wood & Associates has announced the sale of three yachts this week, getting the well-known brokerage house off to a great start for the new year.

The first boat announced was OCEAN DRIVE, a tri-deck aluminum motor yacht built by Broward Marine in 1988 and sold by Nicholas Cardoza. The 122-foot yacht with teak decks was just refit last year and looks fresh and new. The spacious motor yacht accommodates up to eight guests in four luxurious staterooms, including a master suite with a king berth and vast marble-clad en suite. Two queen staterooms and a twin are aft, each with private en suites and entertainment systems. The yacht offers many options for relaxing and entertainment onboard, including a spacious bow lounge, a vast aft deck with a table that seats up to eight guest, and a 300-bottle wine cooler. The flybridge can be enjoyed anytime thanks to a removable Bimini. She is powered by twin CAT engines, dual Northern Light generators, and Naiad stabilizers.
