Camper & Nicholsons has announced the launch of a new service for yacht owners – Camper & Nicholsons Corporate Services, in partnership with the Fiduchi Group.
Aiming to provide a heightened client experience, Camper & Nicholsons will now be able to offer this extended service in-house to their current clients.
Their goal is to “simplify the intricacies of yacht ownership, expertly managing the creation and administration of corporate structures, limiting owner liability related to the yacht, and advising on both tax efficiencies and compliance,” the team shares.
The new division will feature a partnership with Fiduchi Group’s 40 years of experience in the legal, financial, and administrative aspects of yacht ownership. Vincent McCartney will be managing Camper & Nicholson’s Corporate Services, who has over 20 years of experience in corporate services and has specialized in yachts and luxury assets for over 15 years.
McCartney’s previous experience includes Managing Director of Corporate Service Providers in Switzerland and Malta, directorship roles in the Isle of Man and MLRO/Compliance Responsible in the Isle of Man and Switzerland.
Now based in Monaco, he shares on the appointment, “I am immensely proud to join Camper & Nicholsons to spearhead this new service line to their clients around the world. The very fact that Camper & Nicholsons have taken the steps to launch this offering further demonstrates their commitment to lead the yachting industry and provide a truly all-encompassing yachting service to their clientèle.”
