Armada Club Unveils the First Private Members Dining Concept Aboard Superyachts

Armada Club launches the first private dining concept aboard superyachts, offering secure luxury access in Monaco, Palm Beach & Dubai.

A new hospitality venture is redefining luxury dining and private event access in the superyacht sector. Armada Club has unveiled the first-ever private members program that transforms superyachts — typically idle during non-charter periods — into exclusive venues for dining, meetings, and wellbeing experiences.

Launching in 2026, the concept arrives as high-profile families and UHNWI travelers face growing concerns around privacy in public spaces. Armada’s model enables controlled, discreet access to yachts berthed in major global yachting destinations, including Monaco, Palm Beach, and Dubai, with future expansion planned into other leading marinas.

Armada Club Operational Model Designed to Respect Owners and Crew

The club intends to secure a fleet of more than 100 superyachts, ranging from 30 to over 100 meters (98’ – 328’). Participation is contingent on strict standards for guest experience, onboard spaces, and crew hospitality. Reservations will be facilitated via a secure private app, while a proprietary booking planner aligns with a yacht’s charter calendar to ensure owner schedules remain uninterrupted.

To uphold professionalism and reward service staff, a standard 25% gratuity will automatically be included, with additional tipping permitted. Armada has also confirmed that overnight stays will be prohibited — maintaining the focus exclusively on high-end day and evening experiences.

Armada Club Invitational Membership with High Governance Standards

Membership is determined by invitation or referral only, supported by due diligence and KYC processes. Applicants are reviewed by a Membership Board that includes yacht owners and senior experts from the world of yachting, art, aviation, and real estate.

Unlike fractional ownership or investment clubs, Armada membership does not include any ownership of yachts or equity structure. It is positioned purely as an access model designed to complement — not compete with — brokerage and charter markets. Members will also be invited to club events throughout the year, including the annual gala.

Boosting Revenue and Demand Across the Yachting Industry

Brokerage houses and crew are positioned as beneficiaries of the new revenue stream. Armada Club has confirmed built-in commission structures that preserve direct client relationships while helping owners monetize availability between charters and personal use.

By exposing qualified, high-net-worth members to a variety of yacht designs and levels of hospitality, the program is expected to inspire future ownership interest and additional charter demand. A founding board spokesperson describes the concept as a “meeting point between privacy, hospitality and ownership,” offering measurable value across the ecosystem.

A Commitment to Oceans and Crew Wellness

Twenty percent of annual membership fees will be directed to marine conservation, ocean preservation, and crew mental wellness initiatives — a pledge tied to the program’s core purpose and community values. Fleet confidentiality is guaranteed, with Armada stating that no public publication of participating yachts will ever be made.

Strategic global partnerships with shipyards, brokerage groups, and established private member clubs are already underway. Founding memberships and yacht participation applications are now open.

A New Chapter for Ultra-Private Experiences at Sea

As privacy becomes a paramount luxury, Armada Club is stepping into a gap in the market: secure and refined onboard hospitality that respects the exclusivity of the superyacht world — while strengthening the return for owners, crew, and the broader industry they support.
