The Dream about Living on the Water
Some people only dream about living on the water, while others make it a reality. The custom-built, 106’9” Le Colby Jean offers such an opportunity. This unique houseboat features all the creature comforts of home, and then some. The main salon features a plush, leather wrap-around sofa that reclines, a full bar, a 70” flat screen TV on which to enjoy the game or a movie, as well as a convenient day head. The large windows let in light and views, or can be covered with shades when enjoying a movie.
Dine and Splash
The galley, or in this case, full kitchen, offers granite countertops and custom-built mahogany cabinetry and all the Kitchen-Aid appliances a chef can dream of. The dining area is no different, as it also features a custom dining table with chairs by Release Marine. Large windows let in plenty of light, and because the builders thought of everything, there is even a flat screen TV just ahead to watch while enjoying a meal.
Double Master Staterooms
There are not one, but two luxurious master staterooms aboard the 106’9” houseboat Le Colby Jean, waiting to welcome your family and guests – one to port, and one to starboard. Each features a king-sized bed with an en suite and a large, retractable flat screen TV. For further convenience and larger parties, the loveseat turns into a pull-out bed. A sliding glass door leads to a generous aft deck on which to enjoy breakfast in the morning.
Guest Rooms Abound
Four guest staterooms are on the main deck, three of which are queens and one double bunk room with a wall-mounted TV. Each room offers its own en suite with a shower as well as nightstands and generously sized cedar-lined wardrobes. Crew quarters also reside on the main deck along with an additional forward deck stateroom that features a king-sized bed and en suite.
Outdoor Living
Her exterior decks are vast and open, ready to welcome you and guests to various plush chairs and chaises. An oversized Jacuzzi is perfect for a short dip or a long relaxing soak in the sun. A convenient half bath on this deck is available, as is a fridge and a built-in daiquiri machine for entertainment. In addition to an upper helm area, this reinforced deck is also capable of welcoming a small helicopter.
