Company History

Marquis Yachts line was founded in 2004 under the Marquis – Larson Boat Group’s umbrella located in Pulaski, Wisconsin (a collection of six premier boat brands including Marquis Yachts, Carver Yachts, Larson Boats).

Deeply rooted in the American Marine industry business landscape, Marquis Yachts was one of the first boats, if not the first, to use European designs and looks from an American boat manufacturer.

Exciting New Brand of Sport Yachts

Traditionally, Marquis Yachts offers three models from 66 to 72 feet. However, in 2019, the yacht builder went through a brand relaunch, focusing on a new sport yachts brand. The M42 had its coming-out party at the 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. With its long-awaited redesign M42 “Upscale Day Boat” and its new partnership with Lexus Luxury Yachts, this new brand of sport yachts has positioned itself as one of the most exciting marine developments in the industry over the last year.

Controlling Every Aspect of Boat Construction

While other yacht builders typically outsource the design and installation of electrical and plumbing systems, cabinetry construction, upholstery fabrication, and other critical components, Marquis can control every aspect of boat construction by using vertical integration. The company does not sub-contract, which allows them to be entirely on top of timeframes and essential quality standards.
