About The Genoa International Boat Show:
For centuries, Italy has proven itself one of the most powerful influencers in the marine industry, with Genoa considered one of the busiest ports in all of Europe. A long list of renowned shipyards have their home in Italy, where they keep building a long and successful history in this industry.
The Genoa International Boat Show or Salone Nautico is one of the biggest yachting events in the calendar. It is the world’s number one show to experience the very best of the Made in Italy brand in an over 200,000-square-meter display.
The event has a unique format, that of 4 Boat Shows in 1, each entirely complementary to the show but still with their own identity:
- TechTrade Fair (dedicated to equipment),
- Sailing World (a sailing boat show),
- Boat Discovery (an area dedicated to outboard motorboats), and a
- Yacht and Superyacht Show.
The latest products of the national and international nautical industry will be displayed along the renewed docks. Sea trials and private events on the docks and in water will entertain visitors during the boat show’s days.
Plans are in place to ensure the best health and safety conditions and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
