About the Düsseldorf International Boat Show:
The Düsseldorf International Boat Show or boot Düsseldorf is considered the world’s biggest indoor boat show and water sports trade fair held in January every year. Packed into the 220,000 square meters of exhibition space, the boot Düsseldorf has 19 themed areas showcasing all boating-related products, from kayaks to motor yachts, presented by over 1,600 exhibitors from over 50 countries.
The show is held in the Messe Düsseldorf, a vast 17-hall exhibition space on the shores of the River Rhine. The boat show has various entrances; North A (downstairs), North B (upstairs 1st floor), Northeast, East, and South. With such a large space, it’s best to find out which entrance is closest to the halls you want to visit prior to arriving.
Each year, more than 250,000 boating enthusiasts visit the boat show to discover a plethora of boats and yachts for sale, alongside a large selection of marine products and services. Visitors also learn about the latest motors and engines, boating equipment and accessories, diving services, canoes, kayaks, rowing, surfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, SUP, fishing, maritime art, marinas, water sports facilities, beach resorts and chartering.
The Düsseldorf International Boat Show main focus is to have the largest indoor collection of sailboats, powerboats, sailing, and motor yachts. Exhibitors at the boat show share insights on diving and water sports trends, tourism spots, and marine equipment. The event has become famous for featuring the latest developments in the boating and water sports industry, with diving being one of the most visited sections of the exhibition.
