In 2002, Peter Schmidt launched United Yacht Sales with a vision of creating a professional yacht brokerage firm that would be centered around helping yacht brokers excel at their responsibilities to their client. Having been a yacht broker himself for many years, Peter understood the importance of supporting the team, while also giving them the independence to run their own business. Today, United Yacht has 24 offices, over 250 yacht brokers, and one of the top support teams in the industry. Our business continues to grow as more and more brokers ask to join our team.
