About Robert Stotler

I was born in Fort Lauderdale and raised in Miami where boating is a family tradition. Weekends everywhere in Biscayne Bay and the Keys which eventually led me to a boat rental near the beach after college. A number of years as a deckhand and mate in Europe, the Northeast US, and the Great Lakes prepared me for a career as a captain (1600 GT USCG license 3000 ITC) in those same areas.

I entered the brokerage business in 2001 and have enjoyed employing my skills of operation, management, overseeing construction, and working with various classification societies and flag state agencies to assist yacht buyers and sellers better understand and more efficiently run their large investments of floating mechanical glamour.
