Joel Romero

CEO and Co-Founder of THE FINDGROUP since 2019, Joel Romero has a background as fascinating as the yachts he represents. As an experienced CEO with a background in the maritime industry, he has negotiated large amounts of purchase and sales agreements on innumerable yachts, closing deals worldwide.

Previously, Joel was instrumental as President and founder of Spindrift Marine in the 80's and subsequently served 15 years as Executive Vice President at Sunseeker Yacht Group. He was also a Partner and Vice President at SeaNet Company, Inc and Vice President of Boating Live. Later, as West Coast Sales and Service Manager of the Ferretti Group, the most legendary builder of Italian luxury yachts worldwide, he represented Riva, Pershing, Ferretti, Custom Line,Mochi Craft, Itama, and CRN megayachts. Joel also served as President and Owner of California Coast  Yachts.
