About Alisa Jestel

Chef Alisa received her culinary training in the Culinary Arts Program at the Art Institute of Seattle, and cooked in Seattle restaurants for 10 years. She joined her first yacht 20 years ago and she hasn’t looked back, combining her love of Southeast Alaska and culinary talents to create an unforgettable on-board dining experience.
