Charleston Boat Show 2025

The 2025 Charleston Boat Show (CBS) will take place from January 23-26 at the North Charleston Convention Center. This year’s show promises to be a premier event for boating enthusiasts of all kinds. Now in its 46th year, CBS has become the ultimate kickoff for the Lowcountry’s boating season. This year’s event will highlight the Charleston lifestyle while featuring the latest boats, marine technology, accessories, and water sports gear. Whether a seasoned mariner or new to the water, the Charleston Boat Show will be a fun event for all ages.

What to Expect

The Charleston Boat Show will host a comprehensive boating exhibit where attendees can explore a wide range of vessels, from luxury yachts to performance boats and fishing craft. With interactive exhibits, expert seminars, and plenty of opportunities to meet industry professionals, CBS is the perfect destination for those looking to make a splash in the boating world. Interactive Experiences

• Kid’s Fishing Clinics – Aspiring anglers can participate in a fun and educational fishing tutorial. Families will gain hands-on experience and learn the essentials of fishing techniques, safety, conservation, and more. Clinics will be held in the parking garage Saturday and Sunday from 12-2pm. Child participants will receive a free rod and reel set.
• SCDNR Boating Virtual Trainer – Test out a realistic boat simulator on a virtual waterway to learn and practice skills such as docking, mooring, turns, and more. The simulator will be available all three days of the boat show.
• Kid’s Face Painting – A local artist will offer face painting for children on Saturday and Sunday from 12-4pm.
• Cooking Demonstrations – Watch local chefs cook up culinary delights during live cooking demos. Learn new cooking techniques and sample delicious foods. All demos will take place near the Parking Lot Tent.
• Live Music – Three local musicians will show off their talents during daily mini concerts. From pop and rock to country, jazz, to R&B, these singer/songwriters will have songs for all ears to enjoy.
• And more! – Participate in raffles and giveaways, meet industry professionals, and explore local businesses.

• Friday-Saturday – 10am-6pm
• Sunday – 10am-5pm

Visitor Information:

• Tickets: Tickets can be purchased online at a discounted rate or at the door. Discounted tickets are available for service members. Single day tickets or two-day passes are available.
• Parking: Complimentary parking will be available onsite at the Charleston Area Convention Center. Guests can park in the parking garage adjacent to the convention center as well as in nearby Lots A, B, and C. See the CBS Parking Guide for additional details.
• Food/Beverage Options: CBS will have 10 food vendors to offer a wide variety of cuisines for all guests to enjoy. Visitors will also have the chance to sample bites from local chefs during live culinary demos.
