The boating season in Sweden gets a boost from the annual Allt för sjön, which invites attendees to meet boating experts, check out the latest marine products, and prepare for the upcoming season on Sweden’s lakes and seas. The show takes place over two weekends in Stockholm — weekend one from March 5–8 and weekend two from March 12–15, with approximately 400 exhibitors and around 70,000 visitors expected. In 2026, the show also aims to inspire a new generation of boaters by spotlighting efforts to attract more youth to the boating lifestyle. This year, Allt för sjön will be organized by Stockholmsmässan, after which Numera Mässor will take over staging the show.
Allt för sjön runs over two weekends every March in Stockholm, Sweden, and is a popular show for boating enthusiasts.
The Dinghy Square: Introduced in 2025, the Dinghy Square allows young sailors to connect with class associations, clubs, and sailing schools, inspiring kids to learn about the sailing world. This year, the show is expanding the area with more dinghies to explore and new tasks to try, from rigging and trimming to operating grinder machines and practicing trapeze exercises. A top attraction is the fan, which allows Optimist sailors to experience a gybe under sail. The area also features competitions such as e-sailing and VR sailing.
Small Boat Square: Popular brands showcase their smaller models, with experts on hand for guidance.
Live World e-Sailing Championships: 2026 Swedish Championship in e-sailing will be held at Allt för sjön, with the final on Sunday, March 15, for Sweden’s 30 best e-sailers.
Allt för sjön Cup: This e-sailing contest for girls features top sailors earning spots in the SM final, which takes place in the Virtual Regatta Inshore, where real winds, tactical decisions, quick reactions, and speed determine the outcome. Visitors can also try e-sailing.
Kid’s area: Activities for children include crafts, knot tying, and a treasure hunt during the show.
Allt för sjön has been held at the Stockholm Exhibition & Congress Centre (Stockholmsmässan), which offers about 70,000 square meters of exhibition space.
