Yachts New to the Market
IMMORTALIS
The largest motor yacht to be added to the YATCO for sale market last week was the 147′ 8″ (45m) IMMORTALIS. This motor yacht was built in 1996 by NIIGATA.
- IMMORTALIS was originally built to be a research science vessel for the Japanese government and has since been refitted as a luxury superyacht.
- A 2021 refit improved the yacht’s stability, upgraded elements of the galley, added a generator, refreshed the crew and guest cabins, and install a helipad.
- With her long range, this yacht offers the possibility for worldwide cruising and adventures.

CAPRICE
The sporty aluminium hulled motor yacht called CAPRICE is now for sale. This 126′ (38.4m) motor yacht was added to the YATCO yachts for sale market last week. CAPRICE was built by esteemed Dutch shipyard OCEANCO and delivered in 1994.
- CAPRICE sleeps eight guests in four staterooms, taken care of by a crew of six.
- Her recent works include new teak decks and salon refit in 2020. The pilothouse was refitted in 2018.
- Her owner and guests can enjoy the safety and comfort of her stabilizer system.
- She is currently available in BALI, INDONESIA.

QUANTUM
The 125′ (38.1m) long aluminum hulled motor yacht called QUANTUM was added to the YATCO brokerage yachts for sales market during last week. She is of a great pedigree, was built by the builder BROWARD in 1989 and benefitted from a recent refit in 2022.
- Motor yacht QUANTUM is the first yacht built by BROWARD to be ABS certified.

Yachts Sold
SEA FALCON
One of the largest yachts reported as sold on YATCO BOSS last week is the meticulously maintained, motor yacht 90′ 7″ (27.6m) SEA FALCON. This stunning GRP-hulled, motor yacht was delivered in 2009 by the builder FALCON and benefitted from a 2017 refit.
Her new lucky owner can enjoy the many luxuries, al fresco dining, forward sun pads, BBQ, large swim platform and much more.
Accommodation onboard is offered for up to eight guests in four staterooms. The guests are taken care of by a crew of four.
SEA FALCON was listed with the yacht broker Gabriele Modica Ragusa for Northrop & Johnson – Monaco before the sale.
GRUMPY
The 61′ 6″ (18.75m) long motorboat GRUMPY was reported sold last week on YATCO. She was built with a fiberglass hull by SEA RAY in 2008. We can be sure her new owner lucky owner will not be grumpy, enjoying her many luxuries to the fullest.
She sleeps six guests in three staterooms.
GRUMPY was listed with the yacht broker Kyle Leeper for Nashville Yacht Brokers before the sale.
