Vessel Walkthrough

TRIPLE NET has just completed a Major refit whereas the owner has spent close to $1,000,000. As you will read throughout this listing almost every area of the vessel has been transformed into a showpiece, updated, redesigned and turn key ready to cruise. The seller moved down from a larger vessel and thought this could make him happy, but after making this vessel perfect his wish is for a larger vessel with more crew is why TRIPLE NET is an opportunity.

TRIPLE NET is roomy and versatile, featuring four guest staterooms, a spacious flybridge with a hard top, full walk-around decks, a large aft deck and a sizable swim platform. The vessel's open interior layout combines the vintage charm of high gloss wood finish with the luxurious comfort of a contemporary motoryacht. The interior of the yacht has an elegant, comfortable clubhouse décor which is finished in high gloss Cherry wood.

From the swim platform, there is access to the lazarette which features storage for the boat's gear and tools, as well as a day head. The swim platform has a shower hose with hot and cold water.  Two stairwells on either side of the swim platform ascend to a spacious aft deck designed for relaxation and entertaining. The sliding door opens into the relaxed and casual main salon. On the starboard side of the salon, a spiral staircase provides access to the lower deck foyer.

The accommodations aboard this family friendly vessel are versatile enough to host a number of people in several clever combinations. From the lower-deck foyer, the full beam master stateroom is situated amidships with an ensuite head featuring both a tub and shower. Forward of the master are two substantial twin staterooms with ensuite baths with showers - each of these twin staterooms offer the flexibility of being reconfigured as oversized Queens and both have an additional Pullman berth to accommodate extra guests. The forward VIP stateroom is comfortable and spacious, with a queen bed and a well- appointed ensuite bath with shower.

Via a broad hallway on the starboard side of the main salon, are the adjoining gourmet galley, a morning dining banquet, and pilothouse which share the panoramic view. Crew quarters are accessed through a separate stairwell forward of the pilothouse, where three crew are accommodated in two staterooms.

Main Level Decks - Aft and Foredeck:

The aft deck features a Dekit Teak Deck with a large custom teak table and seating for eight. this inviting space is designed for comfortable shaded al fresco dining and relaxation. From the aft deck, access to the swim platform is provided by port and starboard steps. Via the walk-around side decks, there is a cozy forward sundeck which is an ideal spot for sunning or relaxing under the stars.

This flybridge just went through a $500,000 redesign and refit, designed by Murry and Associates and fiberglass reconfiguration and painting was done by Lu Marine. It is by far the largest and most casual flybridge of anything out there which includes a great custom bar, Dekit teak decks under flybridge, custom seating, sun lounges everywhere, a large jacuzzi, custom railings and plexiglass for privacy, a $25,000 custom stereo and $30,000 worth of custom poles and Sail shades. You will feel like you’re in St Tropez! (2020)

Deck access up to the Flybridge deck is simplified with two full-size staircases, one internally from the Pilothouse and one from the Aft Deck with Dekit teak stairs.  Partially covered with a fiberglass hard top, this top deck features a full-size grill with two seating and casual dining areas to port.

The helm at this deck features a pair of Stidd helm chairs with an additional loveseat for guests to be able to comfortably observe navigation. A full complement of new Garmin navigation electronics is set into the flybridge dashboard for redundancy and ease of use for the captain.

The salon has had everything changed from new headliner, LED lighting, Drapes, Mural, Carpeting, Custom made couch, dinning table and chairs and a custom cabinet that houses a TV on a Hi-Lo mechanism. Also throughout the vessel the wood was updated or repaired at a cost of about $20,000. (2020)

Stepping into the salon from the aft deck, you will find a gracious array of comfortable seating. The interior wood finish is high gloss cherry wood. This casually stylish setting is continued throughout the lounge area. The audio/visual systems has been substantially upgraded.  A centerpiece of this upgrade is a 60" LCD flat-screen TV that can be easily viewed from anywhere in the room.

The galley upgrades include polishing of all marbles, new Teak flooring, new headliner, LED lighting, and cushions in 2020.

Entering the galley from the salon, there is a convenient day head which is appointed with granite floors and a marble sink. The bright and open galley is finished with white lacquer cabinets and marble tile floor. Stainless steel appliances and neutral earth toned granite counter tops complete the galley's décor. A full-sized Whirlpool refrigerator with indoor ice and water, LG microwave, KitchenAid oven, Décor Millenia cook top, Miele dishwasher and Badger InSinkErator offer gourmet capabilities to suit the most discriminating chefs.
