Black Pepper (ex Koheilan) is a true “gentleman’s motor yacht” with timeless and elegant lines built in 1975 by Cantieri di Lavagna in Italy. She features a solid steel round bilged hull with a draft of approx. 2.4m/8’ and is powered by twin GM Detroit’s of 525 hp each, reaching a comfortable cruising speed of approx. 10 knots with a 1.500 nm range.
The yacht offers a lot of exterior deck space with a spacious aft deck, walk-around side decks and an upper deck with sun awning and sunbathing area. On the main deck there is a saloon area which has been restyled in 2016 and forward there is the owner’s stateroom with full exterior views.
The interior is finished in mat varnished wood and white painted wall panels. On the lower deck there are two double bedded guest cabins, one cabin with three single beds, the galley and the crew quarters including a crew mess. All cabins have their ensuite bathroom.
This yacht had a refit done in 2007 and one-year full refit 2015-2016 at STP in Palma de Mallorca including new 12mm teak on the main deck, a complete new exterior paintjob, an overhaul/restyle of the interior including bathrooms, new galley appliances and an overhaul of the machinery including rebuild of the main engines and gearboxes to zero-hours.
