Hull Construction:

  • The materials and construction are chosen to provide a light, stiff and resistant structure to ensure a long-lasting product.
  • The construction is vacuum infused epoxy composite sandwich.
  • Outer skin: fiberglass, infused with epoxy resin under vacuum.
  • Core: closed cell foam with different density for different hull areas.
  • Inside skin: fiberglass, infused with epoxy resin under vacuum.
  • Carbon fibre reinforcements are used in high fatigue areas.
  • The hull construction is in accordance with the Naval Architect’s specifications.
  • The production cycles and curing methods are as indicated by the structural engineers.
  • Longitudinal structural bulkheads are made of fibreglass sandwich with carbon reinforcements infused in epoxy resin under vacuum.
  • In addition, unidirectional carbon fibre reinforcements are added in the keel, chain plates and other high fatigue areas.
  • Where the laminate structure is a foam core sandwich, closed cell foam is used.
  • The yacht is equipped with a crash box positioned between the forepeak and the crew cabin.
  • The bulkhead is acoustically isolated.
  • The painting of the boat will be pastel white, for coach roof and hull.
  • Dark paint (OPTIONAL).


Deck Construction:

  • The deck is female moulded and laminated in epoxy infused foam cored fiberglass.
  • As with the hull, the deck construction is designed for strength, stiffness and lightness.
  • Outer skin: fiberglass infused with epoxy resin and vacuum cured.
  • Core: closed cell foam with different density in the different high fatigue areas.
  • Inside skin: fiberglass infused with epoxy resin and vacuum cured.
  • Hatches are composite, with scuppers and drains.
  • The exterior finish is teak. The interior is finished in gloss paint, the same colour as the painted areas of the deck. On some hatches, one or two stainless steel gas struts are mounted.
  • The deck, cockpit seats, coachroof and cockpit base will be finished in teak wood as per the deck drawing.
  • The teak planks are 10mm thick when finished and are bonded to the deck with epoxy adhesive or rubber.
  • Chainplates are made in composite material except for the backstay, which is stainless steel.
  • They are dimensioned according to the load calculated by the Naval Architect, the mast builder and the structural engineer.
  • The mast chainplates are bonded to the hull in an especially structured area resistant to high load and compression.


Keel & Rudder:

  • The yacht is equipped with a fin and bulb keel. The fin has longitudinal and vertical frames all made of Weldox 700.
  • The bulb is cast and machined from 4% antimony lead with a predicted weight of approximately 9000 kg.
  • Fin and bulb are faired to design templates.
  • The rudder has an elliptical profile and is of foam cored composite construction.
  • The 17-4PH stainless steel rudder stock has a square top section to accept an emergency tiller.
  • Access to attach the emergency tiller is via a small hatch in the deck, aft of the mainsheet winch plinth in the sailing cockpit.
  • The upper and lower rudder bearings are self-aligning.
  • The upper bearing is provided with thrust mount and lubricating system.
  • Mounted on the rudder stock is an aluminium 80° custom quadrant to accept the cable steering system which is single line, made in stainless steel and moves on heavy duty bearing blocks.


Engine & Gearboxes:

  • The main engine is a VOLVO D3-150 with maximum power 150 hp @ 3000 rpm (the equivalent engine could be supplied instead of the VOLVO).
  • Main engine remote control panel is in the starboard side of the cockpit by the helm position.


Propulsion & Steering:

  • Two aluminium wheels with a 1100mm diameter (Solimar).
  • The outer rim is covered with Progrip or equivalent.
  • Two carbon wheels with a 1100mm diameter Jefa WHC1100. (OPTIONAL).
  • Stainless steel emergency tiller with a fitting to suit the head of the rudderstock is stowed in lazarette.
  • The autopilot ram will have a manual quick disengage system.
  • A fixed blade propeller will be supplied.
  • A Max Prop Easy 3 blades propeller or similar will be supplied. (OPTIONAL).
  • Bowthruster R300 Max Power.


Hydraulic System:

  • A Bamar manual hydraulic control will be installed at 1 speed, 4 functions (vang, backstay, outhaul and spare).
  • An electro-hydraulic Bow thruster (MAX Power R300).

Electrical Systems

  • The electric wiring is run in conduits along the hull, connected to junction boxes and secondary panels.
  • All the material is CE approved, produced by renowned companies and easily found on the international market.


Voltage Systems:

  • The 220 V AC 50 Hz is made as follows:
    1. One (1) watertight inlet for 220V, 50A shore power in the cockpit, with 25 metres of waterproof electrical cable.
    2. The stern shore power inlet will be fitted inside a recess and supplied with a protective cover.
  • The main engine start system is 12vDC.
  • The electrical panel is made with an insulated aluminium cover and is easily accessible for maintenance and service.
  • The electrical panels are divided into AC and DC.


Battery Banks:

  • 12 service batteries – AGM 12V, 200Ah each, connected in parallel to obtain a total of 1200Ah at 24V.
  • The engine is equipped with a starting battery – Mastervolt AGM 130 Ah at 12 V.
  • A panel with battery isolator switches to turn off the batteries is placed next to them.
  • The switch allows the starting batteries to be connected in parallel with the service and navigation instruments batteries.
  • 24V 800 Ah lithium battery pack (OPTIONAL).


Battery Chargers:

  • Main engine/generator starting battery charging is by the main engine alternator.



  • n. 1, 220v AC Mastervolt Mass 100A 24v DC chargers/rectifiers to charge the service batteries.
  • n. 1, 220v AC Mastervolt 12/25.3 a 12V for charge the engine battery.



  • Onan 11 kW QD MDKBN 50 Hz diesel generator housed in an acoustically isolated box. The generator is mounted on anti-vibration supports in the area under the saloon.


Other Electrical:

  • Mastervolt Mass Sine 24/1500 W inverter connected to the main 220 V panel to supply the following:
    1. Entertainment System (OPTIONAL).
    2. 220 V outlets to the max allowed in the design of the electric load.
    3. Exhaust fan in the galley.
  • All machinery with seawater cooling and steel tanks are connected to the keel bolts by copper cables or copper plates of appropriate size.
  • Two zinc sacrificial anodes are bolted to the upper part of the keel and all the seawater filters have similar zinc anodes.

Plumbing Systems

  • All the yacht’s equipment is made of high quality materials and are CE compliant.
  • Seacocks are in PVC, easily accessible and have safety valves.
  • Through hull fittings are flush mounted.


Fresh Water & Water Heating System:

  • The system is pressurised by a Gianneschi 24 V pump with pressure compensation tank.
  • The distribution manifold for cold and hot water is connected to the fresh water pump for the following functions:
    1. Swim platform shower.
    2. Cockpit shower.
    3. Engine room.
    4. Hot water calorifier.
    5. Guest cabins shower and washbasin.
    6. Owner’s cabin shower and washbasin.
    7. Galley sink.
    8. Washbasin crew cabin.
  • Hot water will be provided by an 80 litre boiler located in the engine room.



  • Shenker Modular 150 l/h, 220V, or 24 V watermaker with feed pump with filter, Active carbon filter with electrovalve, mesh filter, non-return valve, fresh water hose (5 mt.), electronics box, digital remote panel and panel extension cable (10 mt).


Bilge Pumps:

  • The bilge is divided into 7 compartments.
  • Two level switches are mounted in the main bilge and in the engine room bilge.
  • The deepest switch activates the safety alarm.
    1. 1 Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers CP 20 self-priming pump is installed as an emergency bilge pump.
    2. 2 Jabsco bilge pumps are permanently installed to automatically empty the main and the engine room bilges.
    3. 1 Amazon Thrudeck manual bilge pump is fitted in the cockpit.
  • The chain locker is self-draining.



  • N. 1 fuel filler pipe, 40mm diameter, recessed in a special deck locker with return valve.
  • N. 2 stainless steel tanks for a total capacity of 1064 litres. Each tank is fitted with inspection hatches, internal safety baffles, integrated sensor connected to the tank monitoring system and vapour vents to the deck.
  • Racor centrifugal fuel filter with ‘water in fuel’ alarm system and selection and divert valves for the main engine and the generator.


Fresh Water:

  • A stainless steel 2” (50mm) inlet is on the starboard toe rail and connects with valves to the tanks.
  • N. 3 stainless steel tanks provide a total capacity of 785 litres. Each tank is fitted with inspection hatches, internal safety baffles, integrated sensor connected to the tank monitoring system and breather vents to the deck.
  • The control panel for the tank monitoring is at the nav station.


Grey/Blackwater holding tanks:

  • Washbasins and showers discharge into the grey water tank either directly or by means of a Tecma Sanisplit NK.
  • The Tecma Sanisplit NK operate through a three-way valve allowing direct discharge in to the grey water tank.
  • The galley sinks discharge through a three-way valve direct discharge in to the grey water tank.
  • The grey water tank has a capacity of 215 litres, is made of polyurethane with internal baffles, hatches, inlet and outlet valves and breathers with filter and drainage.
  • It discharges overboard through a Jabsco macerating pump with filter and siphon.
  • The grey water system tank has both optical and acoustic alarm monitoring.
  • The toilets are 24v DC Tecma Silence Plus 2G.
  • The toilets discharges into a black water tank with a capacity of 215 litres, made of polyurethane with internal baffles, hatches, inlet and outlet valves and breather with filter and drainage.
  • The black water system tank has both optical and acoustic alarm monitoring systems.
  • On the deck a special 50mm diameter pump out discharge connection is flush mounted in the starboard toerail and can be used to discharge the black water ashore.


Gas System:

  • A naturally ventilated and gravity drained gas locker in the anchor locker will house two 2.7kg gas bottles.
  • A Vetus high sensitivity leakage alarm is mounted in the galley.

Domestic Equipment


  • The galley will be equipped with the following appliances:
    1. Fridge.
    2. Freezer.
    3. TECHIMPEX mod. Topthree, gimballed, three burner hob with integral oven below.
    4. Extractor fan with an exhaust at the aft end of the sailing cockpit.
    5. Stainless steel sink BARKA.
    6. Coffee machine Nespresso.
    7. Gimballed Marine Cookers induction burner MIELE with integral oven SMEG (OPTIONAL).
    8. Wine cellar (OPTIONAL).

  • The fridge and freezer cooling circuits are separated and have an external heat exchanger located in a recess in the hull.


Heating & Ventilation:

  • Frigomar water circulation Air conditioning system.
  • The unit will be Summer/Winter reversible cycle thereby providing heating should it be required.
  • There will be nine fancoils located in the interior of the yacht to provide a comfortable environment in either summer or winter.
  • Each fancoil has a control panel and thermostat located to control the temperature within the cabins.
  • Air conditioning will also be installed in the crew cabin. (OPTIONAL).
  • Forced air ventilation with one 24v blowers. The inlet and exhaust pipe is located under the transom.



  • Spotlights (20 W) are mounted in the saloon deckhead.
  • Spotlights (10W) floor lighting is mounted under furniture.
  • Wall lamps are provided in the saloon and Owner’s cabin.
  • Waterproof spotlights in toilets and showers.
  • Flexible rod light (5 W) at nav station.
  • Courtesy lights (2-5 W).
  • Reading light over all bunks (10W)
  • Engine room and generator area lights (20 W).
  • Lazzarette and sail locker lights (20 W).
  • Watertight switches will be fitted near the lazzarette hatch.
  • Navigation lights are all Lopolight (RINA/LLOYDS approved).

  • Down lights on both port and starboard lower spreaders (Spreader 1).
  • Foredeck floodlight for bow area (on the mast).

  • The internal layout includes:
    1. Two aft guest cabins.
    2. Two guest head.
    3. Dinette with captain desk.
    4. Galley with Crew mess.
    5. Owner cabin.
    6. Owner Head.
    7. Crew cabin.
  • The interiors are to the highest standards and made of light sandwich with a foam core and veneered oak, sole boards and bulkheads are constructed in a mix of solid oak and are laminated with a foam core wherever possible to reduce weight.
  • All edges and corners are rounded.
  • The toilet and galley tops will be of Corian or stainless steel.
  • Each cabin will be fitted with lockers, hanging rails, shelves and drawers.
  • All the teak surfaces are finished with sufficient number of coats of bi-component polyurethane transparent varnish to protect the veneer.
  • A single pack varnish is used for hand rubbing for a natural finish.
  • The white surfaces are painted with a single pack 70 matt/30 gloss varnish.
  • The floorboards are made in oak veneered marine plywood sandwich.
  • The floorboards can be lifted by suction cup fitting.
  • Shower gratings are made of solid teak.
  • Overhead panels are covered with a washable vinyl material fixed with heavy duty Velcro and are singularly removable.
  • The sail locker and the lazarette are sanded and painted.


Hatches, Windows and Portlights:

  • The main guest companionway has a vertical, telescopic, washboard and a horizontally sliding polycarbonate hatch.
  • The sliding hatch is the same colour as the coachroof windows.
  • The area of the coachroof between the hatch and the dodger trough will be recessed, painted in black and covered in polycarbonate in order to look the same as the coachroof windows.
  • On each side of the guest companionway is a small fixed window.
  • The window on top of the coachroof, the forward central and saloon side windows are all shaped and made of tempered glass with a three-dimensional curve.
  • There are eight (8) hull side windows.
  • The deck hatches will be kept open by small gas struts or equivalent.
  • All the hatches are made by Solimar, flush mounted, and are equipped with screen and mosquito nets.



  • The saloon and nav station seat cushions are made of non-flammable double density foam to provide the highest level of comfort, with internal covers and loose covers to suit the client’s requirements.
  • The mattresses are 120mm thick non-flammable double-density foam.


Engine Room:

  • 50 mm thick sound-absorbing panels acoustically isolate the saloon bulkheads and 100 mm thick sound-absorbing sole boards over the engine room.
  • The equipment is fitted according to the highest marine standards and provides the easiest possible access, especially to the equipment that must be frequently checked.
  • The access hatch is large enough to allow the main engine to be removed if required.
  • All the equipment is mounted on anti-vibrations supports.

Deck Equipment


  • The mast and the boom are supplied by Hallspars and are constructed in carbon fibre.
  • The preliminary dimensions are:
    1. I 26.00m.
    2. J 7.40m.

  • Upwind total sail area (approx) 225 sqm.

  • The mast will be built in standard modulus carbon fibre and epoxy resin and will be acoustically insulated.
  • The mast will have three 20° swept back spreaders to suit the chainplate position as per the Naval Architects specs.
  • The antennae and foghorn will be positioned on the first spreader.
  • A luff track will be installed for a fully battened mainsail.


NOTE: The headboard, batten, reef and any intermediate cars are to be supplied by the sailmaker.


  • The mainsail reefing system will be standard type with separate inboard and outboard reef lines with jammers and swivelling blocks at the inboard end of the boom.
  • The reef lines lead to the halyard winches at the mast base.
  • Sufficient fittings on the mast and boom will be installed for the lazyjack system.
  • The standing rigging will be Nitronic 50 stainless steel rod rigging with the following exceptions:
    1. Inner Forestay – Kevlar.
    2. Backstay - Vectran or equivalent.
  • A carbon fiber Wing Boom will be supplied in according with the Naval Architects specifications.
  • There are sheaves at the outboard and inboard end in a sufficient number for outhaul and reefing lines.
  • Two (2) Spinlock, or equivalent, jammers for the reefing lines, are positioned for easy access and maintenance.
  • Attachment for boom vang and mainsheet.
  • Flush mounted lights are installed on the underside of the boom to illuminate the cockpits.
  • Electric Bamar furling system, complete with stay, fittings and attachments is flush mounted in the foredeck.
  • Remote furler control buttons are located at the helm position in the aft cockpit.
  • Staysail furling system (OPTIONAL).
  • CODE 0 furling system (OPTIONAL).

  • The pulpit has mounting bases for the Lopolight navigation lights.
  • The aft pulpit is comprised of three parts - a central staple and two corner units mounted on the stern quarters.
  • The central staple will be fitted with a flagpole base and Lopolight stern light.
  • Rings will be welded to the aft pulpit base to secure the gangway halyards.
  • Side opening gates are in the stanchions at the hulls widest point (port and starboard), made of the same material and will be fitted with stainless steel pelican hooks. (OPTIONAL).
  • Fourteen stainless steel stanchions (700mm) will be fitted on the toerail on special male bases with no fixing plate.
  • A flag pole carbon fibre could be supplied (OPTIONAL).
  • The transom can be opened by two electric actuators to provide a bathing platform.
  • The control buttons for the transom door are located close to the helm position.
  • The transom door has mounting for a custom made stainless steel bathing ladder with teak steps which can be placed when the door is horizontal.
  • A carbon fibre, manually deployed, passarelle is stowed in the lazarette for use when moored stern to.
  • An Opac Mare electro-hydraulic gangway (OPTIONAL) can be installed laterally under the aft cockpit.
  • The bathing ladder allows easy access in and out of the water when the swim platform is in its lowered position.
  • An electric rotating stern ladder.
  • An air compressor for the tender could be supplied (OPTIONAL).
  • Two, stainless steel and teak cockpit tables are installed in the guest cockpit.
  • The tables are manually height adjustable by use of a discreet lever below the table top. (OPTIONAL).


Anchoring & Mooring Equipment:

  • Fixed bowsprit with built-in anchor system.
  • The electric anchor windlass Lofrans 24 V 2300W is recessed under the deck, inside the anchor locker.
  • N. 1 DELTA anchor weighing approximately 30 kg.
  • 75m x 12 mm galvanised calibrated anchor chain, plus 30metres mooring line.

  • The dodger is made of Sunbrella fabric, in a colour to be defined, and transparent Isenglass for the dodger windows.
  • The Bimini with two (2) stainless steel spokes will repair the cockpit, it will be removable and can be stowed in the same housing as the dodger (OPTIONAL).
