Remarks
The Comar 62RS is a high spec yacht with excellent sailing performance. Offered for sale at a sensible price considering the investment the yacht has had in it's equipment and upgrades. The yacht is well designed, and I would encourage people to watch the video of a sister ship review:

Removal of shaft and replace stern gland.
Overhaul of main engine (pre-season and mid-season overhaul)

Two main sails (original and 'new' one from 2013).
Two jib sails (original and 'new one - the new one is slightly bigger).
Two storm sails.

New Genaker 2017.
Good inventory of tools and spares.
Air conditioning.
Sat phone.
Radar, depth, MOB system - all working.
Crew cabin has an independent GPS to monitor position.
