Comments
Built by the famous Italian shipyard Overmarine,
Moka (ex “Sharq”, “Serenity”) was delivered in 2011 as Hull No 6 of the Mangusta 165’ series.
Under private and careful ownership since new,
Moka presents in excellent condition throughout and has been very lightly used.
She benefits from continuous and recent refit periods/ upgrades and is kept to ABS class requirements.
Moka’s warm interior tones blend glossy Ebony and Oak wood panels, chocolate oak parquet floors on the main deck and beige carpets in the cabins. A subtle mix of tan, brown and cream leathers around the boat complement a highly sophisticated feel throughout.
Walkthrough description:Starting on the sundeck, forward there is a fully equipped helm station, an oval dining table for up to 10 guests to starboard, mini fridge, ice maker and BBQ to port and a comprehensive Gym/ workout area located aft spreading across the beam. The entire sundeck can be uncovered or sheltered from the sun under awnings on stainless steel poles.
On the main deck aft, there is a large welcoming seating area with coffee tables, moving forward there is an outdoor dining area for up to 10 guests which can be shaded under a large retractable awning, an adjacent table to starboard for either dining or playing games seats four and there is a relaxing sofa to port.
Stepping inside the main deck there is a countertop / bar to port and a formal oval dining table area to starboard again for up to 10 guests in the extended mode. Forward, there are two distinct expansive salons/ seating areas both of which can be configured in “coffee/ drinks mode” tables in the down position or into extra dining areas with the tables in the up position (adding leaf inserts). Both areas have their own 52’ TVs. The boat’s main salon has a modular layout making it ideal for entertaining / hosting large groups /families or simply relaxing in the utmost comfort.
Forward of the main salon, the wheelhouse is separated behind an opaque glass partition.
Stepping down to the guest accommodations , there is a day / visitor’s head in the foyer. The master cabin is situated aft and stretches across the full beam of the boat. There are large closet spaces to port and starboard, a vanity /working desk, a central king size bed and two large bathrooms aft (his and hers), one fitted with a large shower with steam/ Hammam function and the other with an oversized whirlpool bath.
The VIP cabin is located forward and can be considered as a second master cabin by her size ! This cabin also has a king size bed, ample closet space, a dedicated desk and the bathroom has a whirlpool bath along with a steam/ Hammam shower.
The three other cabins comprise of a children’s cabin with three bunk beds and a pullman (stbd forward), a twin cabin with pullman (stbd midship) and a double cabin with queen size bed (port midship). All with en-suite shower rooms.
Moka’s foredeck has yet another large seating/ dining area and an oversized sunbed forward. Both these areas can be sheltered from the sun with the retractable / convertible awnings on stainless steels poles.
