The 48.20m 1993 sailing yacht MORNING GLORY a beautiful vintage Perini Navi with timeless lines and elegant interiors.
The second yacht from Pernini Navi’s celebrated 48m series to be built at the Viareggio shipyard, MORNING GLORY has been rebuilt and upgraded throughout her ownerships to such an extent that she belies her age.
In 2010, MORNING GLORY underwent an extensive refit in which she was given new engines and generators, and during her 2016/2017 refit a flybridge extension was added and she had a full rig refit and a hull and superstructure repaint.
MORNING GLORY can accommodate eight guests across four cabins, including a full-beam Owner’s cabin with his ‘n’ her bathrooms and a private study, two double cabins and one twin.
With twin 850Hp MAN diesel engines, MORINING GLORY has a top speed of 14.5 knots and a trans-oceanic range of 4,900nm at 10 knots. She has 990 sqm of easy-to-handle sail area, giving her Owner the best of both worlds when it comes to motor and sail.
MORNING GLORY’s centreboard gives additional comfort and performance and, when lifted, her draft reduces to 3.30m, allowing her to break away from the beaten path.
